Bullying is never okay. It can make people feel lonely and scared, and it can even stop them from wanting to go to school. By working together, we can help everyone live as happily as possible.

Hello and thanks for taking a look at our Hands Up! Let’s stop bullying for all campaign!

I’m here to help YOU!

It’s so important that we stand up to bullying and work as a team to make sure we tackle it for good. That’s why I'm proud to support this campaign. No one should ever feel alone or unsure where to ask for help if they are being bullied.

Bullying is never okay

It can make people feel lonely and scared, and it can even stop them from wanting to go to school. So basically, it’s horrible! But it's also important to remember that bullies are often going through a tricky time in their lives. By working together we can help everyone live as happily as possible.

Don’t suffer in silence: Bullying is never acceptable. If you are bullied, or you see someone else being bullied, always tell a parent, teacher or other adult you trust.

10 ways YOU can beat the bullies!

  1. If you spot someone being left out, invite them to join in with you and your friends.
  2. Don’t listen to nasty rumours. Walk away when people start gossiping behind someone’s back.
  3. Have you ever received a spiteful message online? This is cyber bullying. Always report it or tell a parent.
  4. Make the choice to use kind words. Take time to think before you speak.
  5. If you hear someone being spoken to in a cruel way, tell an adult.
  6. Don’t take sides when friends fall out. Leave them to sort out their own problems.
  7. Any type of physical abuse, such as punching or kicking, should be reported to an adult.
  8. Don’t follow the crowd if you think they’re being mean. Know your own mind.
  9. Be a part of the anti-bullying campaign. Take the pledge here.
