"Their comments can actually start to permeate in you and you begin to believe these things. I think you have to remember that the internet is not real, it’s just words and you have to love yourself. I wish I could go back and tell my 16-year-old self to love myself and value things that sometimes society doesn’t encourage me to take pride in. I would tell myself to write down or think about all the things that I did well and that make me a good person. I think that’s what I’d encourage teens to do."
